 Since 2019, CEO and Founder Androsky Lugo has been a founding partner in the Southern California-based Framing Futures Architectural Firm (FFAF). Lugo, as the business's founding partner, is in charge of the day-to-day workflow and design processes for the several current projects the firm is working on at any one moment. He works with the board's executive team to introduce new talented architects to plan, coordinate, and design cutting-edge commercial and public structures for customers utilizing talents anchored in current architectural engineering basics.

Androsky Lugo spent a decade as a Senior Architect for a variety of notable companies, including Parkins and Rhodon in New York and Fentrell Architects in San Francisco, before launching FFAF. Lugo previously worked with Macaby and Roy for five years as a Senior Architectural Design Strategist before becoming the Senior Architect in 2008. Lugo held the prestigious position of Project Architect in Albany, NY, after completing an internship with the firm, which was founded by his father in 1990. Prior to joining his father's firm in 2002, Lugo worked in a variety of capacities, including as a business consultant for a small business development agency in New York City.

Androsky Lugo graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor's degree in business in 2000, but then changed his mind and transferred to Cornell University to pursue a master's degree in architecture. In 2002, he graduated with honors from the program and went on to get further certifications in Building Science and Technology and Environmental Systems. Lugo returned to Cornell University in 2003 to pursue his degree in ecologically responsible architecture and design.
